High Spec Desktop Service

Then the repair itself costs you nothing. You only ever pay for work we actually complete — and any diagnostic charge is agreed with you before we begin, never after.

Most high spec desktop service jobs are finished the same day, at your home. If a part must be ordered or bench time is needed, we give you the exact timeline before starting — no open-ended waits.

Yes. We never browse, copy, or share your files, we work with you present whenever possible, and we set up a backup before any invasive work.

Tell us within 7 days of the visit and we come back and make it right at no extra charge. If it genuinely can't be put right, the repair charge is waived.
