Book free on our consultation page, we diagnose the problem on-site, you approve a fixed quote, and you only pay when the job is fixed. No payment until you approve the quote.

Then the repair itself costs you nothing. You only ever pay for work we actually complete — and any diagnostic charge is agreed with you before we begin, never after.

Most jobs are finished the same day, at your home. If a part must be ordered or bench time is needed, we give you the exact timeline before starting — no open-ended waits.

Yes. We never browse, copy, or share your files, we work with you present whenever possible, and we set up a backup before any invasive work.

Tell us within 7 days of the visit and we come back and make it right at no extra charge. If it genuinely can't be put right, the repair charge is waived.

We do home visits across the valley — Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Kirtipur, Madhyapur Thimi, Tokha, Budhanilkantha, All Over Nepal. If you are elsewhere in Nepal, message us and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

We work Sun–Fri, 9am–6pm NPT. Messages sent after hours are answered first thing next working day, and replies usually arrive within about 2 business hours.
