When you book a consultation, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, and a short message describing the problem. We verify your email with a one-time code before the booking is saved.

How we use it

Your details are used for one purpose: responding to you and scheduling your home visit. If you have booked before, we recognise your email or phone number so you can skip verification next time. We never sell your information, and we never use it for advertising.

Your devices and your data

During a repair visit we never browse, copy, or share your files, we work with you present whenever possible, and we set up a backup before any invasive work. Anything you tell the technician about your devices stays between you and the visit.
